Slip Information
Yearly Slip Rates:
Yearly slip rates are $155.00 per foot (based on slip size) including free 72 channel Comcast Cable TV on "B" and "C" dock. Cable TV is available on all other docks direct from Comcast Cable Company.
Monthly Slip Rates:
Monthly slip rates are $3.00 per foot per day, less 10% 31 to 90 days, less 15% 91+ days. Electric is metered.
Daily Slip Rates:
Daily slip rates are $3.00 per foot per day (based on LOA of vessel). Electric is $18.00 per day for one 50 AMP service or $10.00 per day for one 30 AMP service.
Winter In-Water Storage:
Winter in-water storage is $25.00 per foot and is available from 11/1 thru 4/1. Electric is metered.
